Office vacancy rates across the city have reached their lowest levels since 2008, while home prices rose 11 percent from December 2008 to November 2015 (S&P/Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index) . The Atlanta real estate market is expected to thrive in 2016 through new developments, job growth and a growing housing market.
